ICS Whiskers of the Week: Dot and Toby Frost

WNLP and the Independent Cat Society (ICS) present these Whiskers of the Week, Dot and Toby Frost.

Dot is a 10-month-old, white and orange female who, along with her brother, Slick, are waiting for their forever home. Dot is very playful and active. She is very bonded to her brother and the shelter would like for them to find a good home together.

Toby Frost, 5, is a white and black male who was found as a stray. He is front declawed and is very sweet. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. He likes to play and gets along with
