Ground broken for larger, more modern Handley Elementary on same site

Students, teachers, school officials and more gathered Monday, May 8, 2017, to break ground for a new Handley Elementary School. The new school building will be constructed behind the current facility on 10th Street and is scheduled to be ready for the 2019-2020 school year.
