Ms. McCain was my Counselor at Kesling Middle School in the 1970’s. She was a fine person, and as i can see from her obit, a very accomplished woman.

I’m very sorry to hear of her passing and my sympathies go out to her loving family.

Mary Ellen was a great lady. Enjoyed knowing her and family since 1963. We were all fortunate that she and David chose to live in LaPorte. They contributed so much and she will be greatly missed.

MaryEllen was a wonderful, intelligent and happy person. I met her through LaPorte hospital events, encouragement with Discovery Preschool (First United Methodist Church) and through LaPorte Service Leauge. A truly talented lady. God’s peace be with the family.
