Superintendent Carter!
Wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on the new position. And also for the fine job while working with all of us in Hamilton County from the time you first were assigned to the District by the Indiana State Police as a young Trooper. Then as Sheriff of Hamilton County and the achievements that you and the Agency achieved while you were Sheriff. I wish you all the best “CUZ”! Hope to see you in the near future.
Take Care and Be Safe.

Congratulations. Is Marvin your Dad? If so, I was at your house the day Marvin broke his arm in a concrete mixer. It was, I believe in 1970 and you would have been 7 or 8. I was a dispatcher at the old Dunes Park Post at the time and went on to retire from the I.S.P. as a Trooper Investigator. Your Father was a very positive influence. If your ever in Deputy Indiana stop and visit a while
