MCPD asks for public’s help in identifying bank robber

On Wednesday, March 20, 2019, at approximately 1:48 p.m., a male entered Fifth Third Bank, 2604 Franklin St., Michigan City. He announced he was robbing the bank and demanded money from a teller. He fled with an undetermined amount of currency; no one was hurt during this robbery.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’ 7”, 140 to 150 lbs., thin build, wearing dark clothing.
