Four-footed guests sniff new Dogbone and seem to like it

Recently about 50 people and their dogs (that adds up to “ruff”ly 300 legs) strolled the new 2&20 Dogbone just days before it opened to traffic. They seemed to approve, and made new friends in the process.

And from the La Porte INDOT office: “On Nov. 21, 2019, INDOT Northwest teamed up with the La Porte County Sheriff’s Office for a Facebook Live video on their page giving a sort of tutorial for navigating our new interchange at SR 2 and U.S. 20. Check it out! We are hoping to fully open the interchange to traffic sometime Friday. We’ll keep you posted. Also, thanks to the Sheriff’s Office and Capt. Derek J. Allen for the opportunity.”
