I knew Tyler through the years starting when he was younger. He went to school with my children. Earlier years, he would come over to our home to play and hangout with the kids. He was a kiddo full of energy and with a vibrant personality. His smile was always a bold bright one! Like many of the children I watched grow up in town here, he has and holds a special place in my heart. My most recent visit with him was last summer. He drove past my home while I was working in the yard. He saw me and pulled in the drive to say hello. I did the natural mom questions and asked him how he was doing. I told him I was happy hearing he was doing good. He looked healthy, all smiles and was sharing about his work. Made me happy to see him that way. I have fond memories of the young Tyler riding up on his bicycle, playing with my kids, jumping on the trampoline at our home. We would watch him with amazement do a ton of flips in a row. He was exceptional at that! I enjoyed having talks with him. He was then a kiddo with a lot to share and say. Over the years when I would run into him he always stopped to talk. Usually first words were… my gosh Tyler you got even taller!

I cannot express enough the sadness I feel knowing his life was tragically taken. I feel great sadness. My heart is full of compassion and love for his family, siblings, friends and those who loved him. The Christy family sends much love and comfort.
