Eagle eye John Paul Wellinski spotted this hawk perched on the family’s television antennae tower and alerted his dad, WNLP photographer Bob Wellinski, who grabbed his camera and captured a few frames before the hawk flew off.
“The hawk was being pestered by a Baltimore Oriole and a black bird,” Bob said. “The hawk stayed long enough for a quick photo session before flying off.”
If you have a Great Shot or more to share, send them as .jpg attachments to wnlp@whatsnewlaporte.com. Be sure to include the photographer’s name and a bit of information about each photo.
