UPDATE Dec. 14:

As they did in 2016, all 11 of Indiana’s electors cast votes for Donald Trump at their meeting this morning.

———-

Original story:

Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson will preside over the meeting of Indiana’s 11 presidential electors as they officially cast their votes for President and Vice President of the United States. The Indiana Assembly of Presidential Electors will meet in the Indiana House of Representatives Chamber at the Indiana Statehouse on Monday, Dec. 14, at 9 a.m. La Porte time.

Members of the public are welcome to watch the meeting via live stream at https://rb.gy/aqtshk

Electors representing all 50 states and Washington, D.C., vote Monday. Each state has the same number of electors as it has members in the Senate and the House of Representatives (see map above). There are 538 electors nationwide. A candidate needs a majority of the electoral votes cast to win the election. Each elector comes to the table already having declared devotion to one of the presidential candidates, but can still change their vote in the December college election.

In 2016, all 11 Indiana electors cast their votes for Donald Trump. Trump lost the popular election in 2016 to Hillary Clinton but won the electoral vote with 304.

One of Indiana’s present 11 electors is La Porte native Edwin Simcox. Here are the state’s 2020 electors: Don E. Bates, Jr., of McCordsville; George Brown of LaGrange; Beth Boyce of Greenwood; James R. Buck of Kokomo; Dana Dumezich of Schererville; Jeffery M. Heinzmann of Fishers; Brian L. Mowery of Indianapolis; Courtney Papa of Elkhart; Edwin J. Simcox of Fishers; William Springer of Sullivan; and Matthew D. Whetstone of Brownsburg.

Biden hasn’t accomplished anything in 48 years. People are delusional if they believe he’ll start now. Trump has broken many records that people that hate him just choose to ignore. Tens of thousands of people still gathering in DC. But in the end God is still in control.

Joe can’t even fill a parking lot at one of his speeches, but yet he gets 80 million votes?

If you actually believe this, I have a bridge in Brooklyn for sale….
    …interested?

Maybe, but you’ll need to prove you can point to where Brooklyn is on a map before I’ll consider further.

Ah yes, the electoral college, the laughably archaic institution that runs so counter to the principles of our democracy. It should be replaced with a direct popular vote like every other elected office. The individuals who seek the Presidency should have to work to appeal to all Americans, not just a select few located in a handful of states that could swing one way or the other.

Joe, you’re right. If that were the case we wouldn’t have EVER had to deal with the narcissistic psychopath in either 2016 or 2020. A total LOSER not good enough to be called a human being. See ya, Donnie!
