The Healthlinc location in La Porte in Founders Square.
Another La Porte County location will begin offering free COVID-19 vaccinations as of Monday, Jan. 18. Healthlinc clinic in La Porte will begin giving the shots. Other local spots offering the vaccines are the county health site at the fairgrounds in La Porte and Franciscan Health in Michigan City.
Friday’s announcement from Healthlinc:
“Starting Monday, Jan. 18, HealthLinc will have COVID-19 vaccines available for individuals 70 years and older, healthcare workers and first responders. LIMITED APPOINTMENTS are available. Please call 888-580-1060 to schedule your appointment today.”
Healthlinc is located at 400 Teegarden St., La Porte, in Founders Square off State Street.

Melinda, if you are licensed through PLA, are taking care of patients and have a badge and employee ID number, you should already be eligible. You should have gotten a notification from ISDH in your email.
