County health department eases restrictions for restaurants, bars, stores

 

On Feb. 4, 2021, the La Porte County Health Department announced these eased social restrictions regarding COVID-19:

— No midnight closures for restaurants and bars.

— Self-serve buffets, salad bars, karaoke and open mic are now permissible.

— No maximum party size at individual tables in restaurants, bars and clubs.

— Retail establishments no longer have capacity limits for customers.
