Kids can make a Mother’s Day gift at LP parks’ class May 1

 

Kids can turn ordinary rocks into a succulent garden especially for Mom! Paint the colors of the  desert in this fun class instructed by Parties on the Gogh owner Kristy Chadderdon. The class will be held Saturday, May 1, from 10  to 11 a.m. in the Civic Auditorium Ceramics Room. Please enter through the door at Plain and Woodward streets. 

Pre-registration is required by calling the La Porte Park and Recreation Department office (219-326-9600) or by visiting 250 Pine Lake Ave. The fee for the class is $17 and includes all supplies and instruction. Face coverings and social distancing are required.
